Will also has extensive experience in real estate loan originations, escrows, exchanges, title abstracts, title insurance, and environmental compliance. He has represented numerous secured lenders including Wells Fargo Bank, Citigroup, U.S. Small Business Administration, and U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts.
